Thursday, April 7 at 11 a.m. Decluttering Your Home Presented by Heather Aiello, founder, The Organized You, and Lyssa Phillips, RN, realtor, Suburban Lifestyle Real Estate. Would you like to be able to find things quickly and easily? Have you thought you could never get organized? Heather, a professional organizer, will provide systems and solutions that will magically transform your cluttered space to one that is organized and simple to maintain. She will share practices on how to make those difficult decisions on what to keep, donate or sell. Thinking of downsizing (or “rightsizing”)? If your current home no longer fits your lifestyle, Lyssa, a certified senior real estate specialist, can help make a stressful process much easier. Lyssa will talk about the health and safety benefits of downsizing and give a market update.
Wednesday, April 13 at 1:30 p.m. What is the REAL ID and Do I Need It? Presented by Katie Nolan, District Manager for AAA Northeast, Franklin office. Effective May 2, 2023, a new federal law will go into effect requiring a new type of identification – REAL ID – for anyone 18 years and older flying within the United States or entering a federal building that requires identification. A standard license will NOT be acceptable to pass through domestic airport security checkpoints. You will need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of identification, such as a valid passport, federal government PIV card or US military ID. Learn how REAL ID applications can be processed and what documents you will need.
